Jade has explored movement her entire life. With a background as a classically trained dancer, Jade sought to deepen her connection to self and found yoga in the year 2000. It was love at first asana, and she hasn't looked back since. Over the years, Jade has expanded her practice to include Vinyasa flow, Anusara, and Hatha forms. Ever-striving to grow and nourish her practice, Jade has studied under the tutelage of renowned practitioners, such as Kathryn Budig, David Regelin, Renee LeBlanc, Krista Cahill, Marc St. Pierre, Karen Kenney and Caithlyn Visconte. Jade completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training with YogaWorks in Boston,  considered the gold-standard in teacher training. With joy, Jade is thrilled to bring these skills to the Lakes Region. She offers Vinyasa flow based classes, which incorporate playfulness and dynamic sequencing to explore and challenge your practice while stimulating connection between mind and body.Jade lives in Gilmanton with her husband, two sons, and two yellow labs. When not on her mat, she can be found enjoying the outdoors with her family: skiing, running, or wake surfing or working in her garden.

What students are saying

Jade leads with a balance of instruction, challenge and humor. Everyone learns - regardless of age or ability. While classes are well-prepared and focused, she still provides flexibility to guide individual needs and practice. Her energy, enthusiasm and commitment is contagious !
